The room was spacious for a downtown apartment. The kitchen was great and had everything that we needed. We made use of the washing machine to do laundry. Location was within walking distance of several restaurants and the Ayala Mall. Balcony offers nice views of the city. Check-in and out was easy. Staff was friendly. Wifi was stable and had ample speed. Netflix worked well. Bed was comfortable and clean.
The air con in the main room wasn't blowing out cold air, so the only cooling came from the unit in the bedroom. The balcony door would slam shut (door closure needs adjustment), so you have to manually close it gently.

Comfortable. Spacious
Neighborhood. Closet doesn't accommodate well long clothes: pants, dresses.

I knew this place was gonna be great cause I spent a lot of time looking for the best option in Cebu during Sinulog, but I did not expect it to be as amazing as it was. Extremely clean, very large, with all the appliances needed for a few days, lovely staff, great swimming pool, easy to order a taxi from/to or get food delivered, and there's a small restaurant/bar opposite the building where they serve food and drinks till late hours, sometimes with live music too (but you wouldn't know from the apartment cause the sound insulation was amazing)
