The host was really friendly and understanding. Everything was nice and clean, and there were beach supplies in the closet. We accidentally ran off with some of their stuff, and when I called about it, the host was fine. The beach itself was a short walk across the road, which might be a little harrowing with very small kids, but it was crossable with patience. The water and sand was beautiful. There are some really cute restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Also, we saw some dolphins in the water behind the condo when came out. When it's not so hot, it has the potential to be really nice for animal watching.
The place is on the backside of the Condo, on the far right, second story, but you access the back through a central breezeway. It was super-hot and humid, and running bags from the parking spot in the front all the way around and up was pretty brutal, especially in the morning with the sun reflecting off the water. I wish there was a dumbwaiter or something we could use to raise/lower stuff off the front balcony.
