8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026

Open space great for family of 8, little and big kids catered for. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths great too. We stay in a large house somewhere each year and all really liked this one. Pub and owners on the corner was great too. Owner/contact person was very easy to contact and converse with.

We had a warm day and realised couldn't stay there in summer as no verandah to shield the house or sit under. We didn't realise the property didn't come with a bbq and we'd brought meat for that but great kitchen meant we could still cook it all but would have liked a big salad bowl 😊. One suggestion for checking on - the single, metal bed in one room may have a bolt loose or something. Every slight movement on the bed, sitting or lying down made a terrible racket and kept the person sleeping against that wall in next room waking up.

Excellent location with easy access to the Riesling Bike Trail. Bedding was provided, and the pool table was a winner for the kids. Good restaurants in the area.

Great location… can walk to Claymore’s Wines…perfect for 4 couples… plenty of space …. Games to play…good facilities… host replies promptly to any questions…. Highly recommend 😁🥂

Could do with a couple of big bowls for salads or chips.
