NIGHTMARE!!!BEWARE of host that takes your money and doesn't give you access!!!

The location was acceptable for getting to the beach, taking the bus/trolley to grocery shop and sight-see.

I sent both an email and text message a few hours before check-in (after having paid in full for a one week stay) to confirm my arrival. Although I should have received check-in instructions prior to arrival, I only received a text message asking for my last name. When I arrived at the building, some other guests who had received the code let me go in with them. I continued for the next two and a half hours to try to reach the host through Booking.com. The host didn't respond to my text messages, nor did they answer any of the phone calls from Booking.com! I was standing the entire time, because there was no place to sit in the lobby! After about a dozen phone calls, Booking.com told me that they would refund my money (9+days later). Unfortunately however, I still didn't have a place to stay!!! It took another few hours before I was able to find another place. I don't know why this host behaved this way. It caused me a tremendous amount of stress when I should have been having a good time! The pictures look nice, but unless you're willing to pay in advance only to find that they won't let you in, AND you have the money to book another place, AND wait for your refund, I STRONGLY recommend that you avoid dealing with this host. They are unethical and unprofessional! I told all of the customer service representatives that I spoke with that day that in my opinion they shouldn't do business with that host!!!

La cercanía a la playa. Para ir solo a la playa y moverse en útero o caminando podría ser una opción.

El Parking, fue un gasto adicional que no esperaba, y quedaba lejos de donde estábamos. Para moverse en auto, Miami Beach es de terror. Y para estacionar ni te cuento. El lugar ofrece un parking, pero por un costo adicional. Lo otro, hay un boliche enfrente, las noches se sufren. Fuera el ruido normal de la calle toda la noche no sería problema, pero los gritos, las peleas y las acelerados adrede de motos y vehículos deportivos, es algo totalmente distinto.
