Staff are very co-operative. They will please you with great possible efforts.
Food quality is also very good.

The room layout. The Brutish era architecture. The garden and temple on the premises. The vegetarian thali.
It was overpriced and below our overall expectations from an ITC hotel. The breakfast spread was average. The location is somewhat remote from the Sangam.

It was the best stay I have been in. It was our great grand parent's anniversary and they gave us a huge surprise hy arranging not only bouquets but also upgraded their room to a suite. They also had the bed decorated with swans made using towels. It was too good. That's all.
