Property is great but the rest of the neighbourhood not really. Garden is amazing and you have direct access to the beach. View is amazing. Really fancy. House is big and comfortable. We came for Flamingos boat trip and it was worth it. Celestun itself is very poor and has hardly any shops or restaurants (1 or 2).

The view was great, we could appreciate the sea and sunset although it was partially ocluded by palm trees. The staff was kind and helpful. The appartment was spacious and the rooms the children used were far away from the parents ones. There was a little office that proved to be very useful to me since I had to connect a bit for work. Wifi was very functional. The private and direct path to beach, the beach itself. The sea was clean and clam, even though it was rain season, it seemed like a swmming pool.
The occlusion of the sunset, maybe there is nothing to be done anyway. The communication about breakfast was not great the first two days then we started the conversation with the staff and it improved greatly. We were the only guests so that was a bit weird.

el lugar es un poco rustico pero completamente aceptable dado la zona donde se encuentra y creo que eso es lo que le da un toque especial, además el personal fue muy amable y la pasamos muy bien. La playa fue algo muy bello de ver y consideramos toda la zona fue muy tranquila para un adecuado descanso.
nada en particular, todo en orden.

L’acces direct à la plage
Hotel mis en vente . Ceci explique cela. Non entretenu. Climatisation en panne . Chasse d’eau en panne . Peinture de la chambre sales avec des traces de doigts. Accueil assuré par le gardien et sa femme. Personne ne parle anglais . Petit déjeuner minimaliste
