The host was very nice initially and kindly allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. The apartment is also very close to the metro station, which is a great advantage for travelers. There is a washing machine outside the apartment, on the terrace, so you can do laundry if needed. The kitchen was generally well-equipped, although a few basic items, such as a proper kitchen knife, were missing. There were also large closets, providing plenty of storage space for those traveling with lots of belongings. If you’re mainly looking for a place to sleep after a long day of sightseeing, this apartment could be a suitable option.
The apartment needs some cosmetic repairs, and the furniture is quite old. The floor was also very dirty, and my mom had to mop it herself. I walked around the rooms in white socks, and they turned grey within minutes, which was quite disappointing. The shower also needs to be replaced or repaired. It would be helpful to have a small shelf for toiletries, rather than having to use the chair next to the shower.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is enclosed by a metal security grate, which is common in Rome but does not make the property particularly attractive. It also meant that we had to remember to check the grate before going outside or going to sleep. I would personally have preferred a more secure-feeling and welcoming setup.
I also asked whether we could check out at 10:15 instead of 10:00 because I had a marathon that morning. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response, and the cleaner arrived promptly at 10:00 and pointed to the clock, which felt a little unfriendly but ok:)

Nádherný byt, krásná kuchyň, vše čisté. K dispozici klimatizace. Pán se kterým jsme komunikovali byl nápomocný.

Easy to find, very clean and comfortable ☺️ we especially loved the cat that visited haha!
Also very affordable as we were on a tight budget, it exceeded our expectations :)
The host was also extremely helpful with great communication and easy to follow instructions.
