Wonderful stay.

When I first arrived at the property I thought 🤔, Eleanor the host was very welcoming. If you find stairs hard this is not the property for you. Accommodation was very clean and welcoming. There wasn't a kettle but I used a saucepan which heated up really quick and was sufficient. We took our 2 small dogs and they settled in lovely. It was very relaxing and quiet. Short walk into arrecife and the bus stop was in easy reach to get access to Puerto del Carmen and only €1.70 each way. Would definitely recommend for a short break. You will be made very welcome.

PESADILLA EN ÁTICO DULCE NATURA: Insalubridad, cucarachas y desalojo con la Policía Nacional

Si estás pensando en reservar aquí, huye. Nuestra estancia de 12 días fue una auténtica estafa. Entramos a un apartamento absolutamente mugriento, sin ni siquiera una escoba o fregona para limpiar. La anfitriona pretendió justificar la falta de higiene acusándonos de haber dejado dos platos en el fregadero tras el desayuno un día que fuimos a pedirle uso de la lavadora, intentando responsabilizarnos a nosotros de la suciedad general del inmueble. Lo peor llegó cuando detectamos que el piso estaba infestado de cucarachas gigantescas paseando por la cocina, la vajilla y las camas. La situación era tan repugnante e inhabitable que la cuarta noche tuvimos que dormir en el coche. La pesadilla escaló porque para entrar al piso hay que atravesar obligatoriamente la casa de la propietaria. Al pedir explicaciones por la plaga, esta persona perdió por completo el control, insultándonos y pretendiendo echarnos a la fuerza dejando nuestras pertenencias dentro. Tuvimos que llamar de urgencia a la Policía Nacional. Los propios agentes, tras intervenir ante su actitud agresiva, nos recomendaron abandonar el inmueble inmediatamente. Por si fuera poco, estuvimos atrapados sin poder bajar del piso hasta las 5 de la mañana por puro miedo, ya que la casera se quedó gritando fuera de sí y en un estado de evidente alteración. Tras ponernos en contacto con Atención al Cliente de Booking para gestionar el incidente, desde la propia plataforma nos confirmaron que este alojamiento acumula ya múltiples quejas formales por situaciones similares, lo que demuestra que no se trata de un hecho aislado. Por si fuera poco, la anfitriona se negó a cancelar la reserva para quedarse con todo nuestro dinero, obligándonos a pagar otro alojamiento. No contenta con eso, cambió la cerradura mientras la reserva seguía activa y pagada por nuestra parte para impedirnos el acceso, mientras nos acosaba con mensajes por WhatsApp (de los que guardamos todas las capturas).

La verdad.....nada

Buenooo..eso no es un sitio xa habitar ..el techo el de metraquilato.. caluroso.. ruidoso.. habitación s/ vetilacion..cables colgando..baño pequeño..las puertas no cerraban bien...no es independiente ..hay q entrar al piso d la dueña...eso era una solana q la convirtió en apartamento...cables colgando.. La verdad q nosotros recorremos las islas y está fue la peor experiencia...las fotos son como es el piso..pero no se ven detalles...el fregadero d la cocina horrible..sucio..insalubre la verdad .inentendible como le dieron d alta a ese lugar...he ido a pensiones...y estaban más en condiciones...lamento mucho pero había muchísimos detalles...encima no es barato ..repito..viajamos a menudo x las Islas CANARIAS y nunca nos hemos topado con algo igual.....uno vino a disfrutar de u n finde en pareja y se queda mal ...dormir con el calor..imposible...las puertas y ventanas chocaban con el viento x no tener buen cerrar .las cerraduras tenían los tornillos flojos....NO ES APTO XA ALQUILAR AL TURISMO..DEJADEZ TOTAL

He estado muy a gusto. Tenía todo lo que necesitaba. La anfitriona es una persona muy cercana y muy hospitalaria.

La única pega que le vi es que hay que subir dos plantas sin ascensor. Pero para mí no fue un gran problema.
