Localisation, the modern facilities, 24/7 assistance from day 1 until the last minute with efficiency and kindness.
Some maintenance issues due to works around but with a rapid and efficient support from the hosts that provided 24/7 assistance.

Really lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Everything was top quality including the security staff, who were helpful and friendly, and the pool area, which was busy but had a beautiful view over the Marina
There is a lot of building work going on as a large hotel is being built alongside other apartments. It didn’t bother us and if you exit the block and use the Marina-side walkways, you won’t see the work taking place. There are currently no shops or restaurants under the apartments, so you need to walk to the main part of the Marina, but that is only a 5/10-minute stroll, and over time shops and will start to pop up as the development fills up. This didn’t affect our stay and we had an amazing time.

It was spacious and close to the port, great communication from host. Superficially looks good.
Unfortunately a few issues. No street address, taxis didn’t know where it was or how to access. No signage at all. Even security guards couldn’t help initially.
Frequent power outages outages( a dozen in 24 hours), no soap, inadequate ill fitting bed sheets, stain on sheet, generally needs repair even though fairly new. Bath was grimy.
