Overall, it was a nice location but owner should consider some maintenance and renovation.

The location was great. The staff were helpful and kind. The beach access was extremely convenient. The bedrooms and living room were very nicely furnished. There are smart TVs in all three areas. The closets have tons of space and really nice cabinets.

There were bugs in the unit and the air unit was frozen over as soon as we arrived. There is a mirror hanging in the entryway that is about to pull itself off the wall and injure someone. The bathroom doors are way too narrow especially if you are a wheelchair user (it will not fit through the bathroom doors). The bathroom at the pool is terrible, hot and nasty, also not handicap accessible. Pots and pans were in need of replacing due to wear and tear.
