After walking the West Highland Way and arriving soaking wet, we were VERY excited to find that the property had a tumble dryer. Also loved the abundance of blankets and hot water bottle. The beds were extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. The property was spotlessly clean. Also a perfect location for west highland way walkers. Really not much to fault about this accommodation. A very welcome home from home.
The only issues we had was that we found it impossible to figure out the hob (even tried looking up on you tube etc.) - some clear instructions would have been helpful. We also couldn’t get the heating to work, however there were plenty of heaters in the cupboard upstairs so this didn’t affect as we just put a heater in each room.

Location was fantastic, comfortable beds, available backyard/garden
AND the heated drying rack!!
Paper towels would have been nice. 1 bath for 5 people was tough.

Clean, cosy, responsive owner, easy check in and check out.
Number on gate not clear.
Need a smooth easy to clean surface (splashback) at the stove.
Garden furniture (bench + table) is rickety. To reinforce or replace.
