Love love the location. That was the most important to us. However first use of the toilet and shower gave us fear that

The bathroom plumbing such as drainage and a needed replacement of the flapper on a toilet needs to be replaced. In addition very little access to a towel rack near or in a shower stall. Also the towel racks are pretty but are falling apart. Very little bath towels and toilet paper.

Great location, very clean, and would stay again

Location was great and very close to the beach. Plenty of room in house for whole family. Washer and dryer are great amenities. Very clean throughout the house. Walking distance of ice cream shop that the kids enjoyed.

Child is allergic to cats and there were a few neighborhood cats roaming through backyard (did not get close enough to cause issues or bother us).
