checkin was rocky. host must meet at front door to let in, did not respond at first. expedia customer service contacted. once met, very friendly, gave personal contact number. room is small, tidy, climate controlled. shared nathroom not an issue. good shower plenty of hot water.
location is fantastic. las huertas lively day and night. will stay there again next time if i visit madrid again.

Room was immaculately clean, portable air conditioning was adequate. Bed was a little hard. I would recommend having more pillows available even for a fee to compensate for the hard mattress. Thank you to the staff for accommodating an earlier time.

Stayed at Rooms Ángel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The shared bathroom was not clearly specified during the reservation, the cleanliness was poor, and there was only a mop and bucket to dry the floor after showering. Our room was never cleaned during the stay, and overall it did not feel comfortable or suitable for couples. I would not recommend it for a relaxing stay in Madrid.
