We stayed in Villa C and it was fantastic. Very spacious rooms and a fantastic semi outdoor private onsen bath and shower. Lots of amenities provided to take as needed. We didn’t see any people at all at the property. The beds were big and soft.
You do hear a lot of trains, however we used the supplied ear plugs and slept fine. Paid parking on the property. The property is up a very narrow and steep road, we had a car, but you should consider a taxi if arriving by train. Self check in, we saw no staff. Our room was very clean.

Simple and great hotel as long as you are fine with shared bathroom and shower. Hot Spring is great. Think of it as like a hostel.
Or else, book their private suite.
No elevator and steep hill to climb for senior. However, staffs are helpful to call taxi for luggages. The hill can be climbed for average people. Just a bit hard with luggages. We highly recommend this place. Very convenient and quiet. Best deal for the price!
