Located slap bang in the heart of Canberra on Braddon`s Northbourne Avenue, this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with 1 secure parking space puts you right at the doorstep of Canberra`s vibrant city lifestyle, with easy access to everything Canberra has to offer.
The apartment features a King bedroom with an ensuite and a Queen bedroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to the patio, where you can enjoy views of the pool and Braddon.

It`s rare to find a two-bedroom apartment in Braddon of this size. The kitchen, living, and dining areas are open plan, with plenty of natural light flowing through the balcony glass doors.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The dining area comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Heating and A/C are provided throughout the main living areas via a split-system wall unit.
The spacious King bedroom has its own ensuite, while the Queen bedroom has direct access to the balcony. Both bedrooms feature full-length mirrors.
There is also an internal laundry with a washing machine and clothes horse.
The amenities are not to be missed, with a large onsite gym for residents and guests and an outdoor lap pool, perfect for the warmer months.
Wi-Fi and a large TV are also provided.
One car space is available in the underground onsite parking garage. Please note that the garage has a height clearance of 2.1m.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment and dedicated parking space, as well as access to the residents` outdoor pool and gym.

The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything from the kitchen essentials to the living space was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.
One thing to note: securing the key was a bit of an adventure, so allow a little extra time for check-in. However, once inside, the property exceeded expectations. The location is fantastic, with easy access to Braddon’s vibrant dining and shopping options.
Overall, we highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a convenient and well-appointed stay in Canberra.

The location and property itself are great, however the cleanliness of the property was disappointing. Bedding smelled of mildew in both rooms, there was rubbish tucked into the lounge suite, crockery and cutlery were put away dirty, and the oven and cooktop had not been cleaned. In fact, there was an entire tray of mouldy food left in the oven. When I advised the property manager of this I was ignored.If you are flying in the check-in process might be a hassle as it's a 10 minute walk to the key collection (which they only notify you of the day you're checking in).If they can sort out their cleaning it would be a great place to stay.
