Lots of great space, we had everything we needed, bonuses we were able to borrow games and wet suits for my daughters from the game room!

The caravan was clean. It was a nice site being small with only 12 or so other vans on the site so it was nice and quite. There was plenty of cupboard space. It was a short walk down hill into Borth for shopping and the beach. There was a nice table and chairs outside the caravan which was useful as we had some warm weather and were able to sit outside. The gas fire in the lounge was useful once the sun had set as it did get chilly of an evening. It was handy having the laundrette on site and this had a good supply of books, games and beach equipment for anyone with a family this would have been very handy. Caroline was very friendly and helpful. It was well laid out with shrubs and hydrangeas around the site and you didn't feel closed in. All in all it was value for money and we could see that the owners were trying to make improvements and are bringing in newer models of caravan. The site has a lot of potential.
The van was very outdated with a peach coloured bathroom sweet and the seating in the lounge area was a bit uncomfortable. The coffee table and dinning table both seemed a little tired and worn. There was just enough crockery 2 mugs etc,but lacking in cutlery only having 2 teaspoons and 1 dessert spoon. I did buy a set of 4 dessert spoons which I donated. The parking space was a bit tight even though I only had a VW Up. The shubs could do with cutting back.We also had a view of the area were unwanted items of caravan furniture such as mattresses and a old cupboard had been dumped which wasn't very nice to look out on.

Clean and quiet, comfortable beds.
The caravan was very old and not very comfortable. One teaspoon, one dessert spoon one wine glass. The frying pan was filthy.
