Top Lage und Empfehlenswert

Das Zimmer war schön warm und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlen konnte. Direkte Verbindung nach Karlsruhe und Mannheim. Sondernheim Bhf 5 min Fußweg entfernt.

Es gab warmes Wasser zum Duschen

Es war kalt in der Wohnung, als wir bei frostigen Temperaturen ankamen, so dass mir uns zum 3 km entfernten Kaufland auf den Weg gemacht haben, um eine Wärmflasche und eine Flasche Wein zu erwerben. Für uns als Paar war nur eine mittelgroße Bettdecke vorhanden. Im Bad führen Konstruktionsfehler (fehlende Dachentlüftug des Abwasserrohres, kein Siphon unterm Waschbecken) zu üblen Gerüchen, die in das Wohn- und Schlafzimmer wabbern, sobald die Tür zum Bad geöffnet wird. Bei Nachtfrost war das Bad auch nach 3 Tagen heizen nicht warm. In der Küchenzeile fehlen Griffe an den Schränken, die das Öffnen erschweren. Nicht vorhandene Kleiderbügel, schmutzige Bettwäsche im Schrank und unvollständige Renovierungsarbeiten runden den insgesamt schlechten Eindruck ab.
