The hotel is located in a very good location and the property and clean and comfortable. The staff is very good and will treat you with warmth and love.

Perfect location in the heart of Colombo's trendy area, a short walk from the train station and to restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. It is a basic business/traveler style hotel, without any restaurant or breakfast; the room is meant for sleeping, not hanging out in. Their rides to the airport are expensive, so it's worth checking with Kangaroo Cabs instead. Glad I chose this place, as the location and cleanliness couldn't be beaten.
Because it's in the heart of the city, you pay for it in noise. Soundproofing wasn't great, so we could very easily hear the lively music from nearby clubs. Luckily the shower was hot and the bed was comfy and we fell asleep anyway, but be prepared with ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. More expensive than anywhere else we stayed, but I guess again you're paying for location.
