New renovated house and new appliances. Guards are helpful.
During our stay the showers area are not clean. Too many hair from previous tenants stuck on the cap and water unable to drain out. Remarks: if you bring lowered vehicles be cautious for the high speed bumps.

- Good security
- Air-conditioning working well
- Large enough for 10 pax
- WiFi and TV working well
- Induction cooker does not work properly (the heat is not consistent).
- Some of the bathrooms' water heater does not have hot water. Water pressure is quite weak.
- Cockroaches (alive and dead) at the sink/shower area.
- Leftover items from previous house guests not cleaned up properly.
- Bedsheets and pillow cases seem to be of cheap material, can be better.
