We were so close to the Eiffel Tower, no more than a 10 minute walk. It was also on the first floor so massively convenient to walk in. They sent a video so we knew which door to enter as well as how to enter. The check in was incredibly easy and they helped us set up transportation from the airport. There was 1 room, with 2 couches that turned into futon beds, so it was comfortable for a party of 4+baby. Otherwise, there's also an amazing restaurant walking towards the Eiffel tower that was open until 2am which was a nice treat for when we got back to the city!
We did not use their crib for the baby, and we paid extra for it. It didn't have any sort of bedding or cushion, and since we traveled, we didn't have something like that with us. There is NOT airconditioning at this location, but we cracked the window and it was cool enough to sleep comfortably on a summer day in August.

Location. Nice place, and it was comfortable.
Everything is just a bit over complicated. I was sent an online pre check-in form without a link. Then communication with the host was pretty annoying when I followed up to do the pre-check in (I was sent a reply to call - had to re-explain the situation - only to be told to message all booking details and check in information to WhatsApp- message delivered but unresponsive - I had to follow up with a further message - followed by a rude/abrupt response.) When they simply could have just resent the link and saved us both a whole lot of time.
Door locking system was confusing. Thankfully the reviews were helpful explaining if you pull the door forward while the door is unlocking- then, the door is easier to open. If not it gets stuck.
Not enough linen and towels for everyone.
Definitely could have been a better experience!

"Excellent location! Minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and supermarkets. Very close to several metro stations. Close to the markets too.
Washing machine was great, took us a while to figure it out but ..."
