BIEN SITUADO, PERO ES UN AUTENTICO HORNO DE APARTAMENTO SIN AIRE ACONDICIONADO.

EL APARTAMENTO ESTA GENIAL SITUADO EN PRIMERA LINEA DE PLAYA, LA LIMPIEZA CORRECTA Y EN GENERAL ESTABA BIEN...PERO NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO Y LE DA TODA LA TARDE EL SOL CON LO QUE SE CONVIERTE EN UN AUTENTICO HORNO DONDE NO SE PUEDE HACER VIDA DENTRO DE EL CUANDO HACE CALOR. APARTE LA TELEVISIÓN SÓLO EMITIA CADENAS EN FRANCES CON LO QUE NO PUEDE NUNCA HACER USO DE ELLA. QUIERO DESTACAR QUE LA INMOBILIARIA QUE LO GESTIONA EN ESPAÑA QUE SE LLAMA LOCAROSAS SIEMPRE FUERON MUY AMABLES Y ATENTOS Y BUSCARON OPCIONES PARA QUE ESTUVIERAMOS COMODOS

1)TOTALMENTE NECESARIO QUE INSTALEN AIRE ACONDICIONADO , SI NO ES IMPOSIBLE ESTAR DENTRO DEL APARTAMENTO. 2) LA TELEVISION SOLO EMITE CADENAS EN FRANCES, TIENE QUE EMITIR TAMBIEN EN ESPAÑOL O DE LA NACIONALIDAD DE LOS INQUILINO QUE ALQUILEN.
