The apartment is conveniently located near the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium. It offers air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, and the layout is practical, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it suitable for families or small groups.

Unfortunately, the positive aspects of the apartment were completely overshadowed by the unacceptable standards of cleanliness and management. Upon arrival, the apartment was in a very poor hygienic condition. The sofa was covered with large and highly visible stains, there was an unpleasant stain on one of the walls near the entrance, and the bed linen appeared dirty and did not seem to have been properly changed before our stay. The overall impression was that the property had not been adequately cleaned between guests. What was even more disappointing was the complete disregard for guest privacy. We had paid an additional fee for a late check-out until 1:00 p.m. specifically to avoid any interruption on our departure day. Despite this, at approximately 11:30 a.m., members of the cleaning staff entered the apartment by opening the door without prior notice or permission while we were still inside. This was highly unprofessional and entirely unacceptable. In addition, the charges associated with the property are difficult to justify. Guests are required to pay a security deposit, late check-out fees are excessively expensive, and despite these additional costs, the apartment is not maintained to an acceptable standard. We were also informed that if any personal belongings were accidentally left behind, additional charges could apply, which further contributed to a very negative overall impression. Given the significant shortcomings in cleanliness, respect for privacy, and customer service, I cannot recommend this property.

Buona struttura a pochi passi dalla fermata dell' autobus che porta al centro di Madrid. Pulizia ottima, due stanze e due bagni, ideale per 4 persone..

Un po' macchinose le procedure per il check in. Condizionatori un po' complicati da fare funzionare per riscaldamento, ma forse ero io non capace ad usarli.
