The house looks exactly like in the photos. It is authentic accommodation, without overly modernized or artificial furnishings. Everything we needed was provided. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is also a washing machine, and the outdoor seating area is very pleasant. The welcome fruit and water were a very nice touch. There were plenty of towels and bath towels provided. We didn’t mind that the kitchen is in a separate part of the house from the bedrooms and living room. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful holiday.
The entrances to the individual parts of the house are separate. The distance to the beach is exactly as described, and the house is just a short walk from the centre of Gennadi. A beautiful, long beach with very few people.
We had a little difficulty finding the accommodation, but the neighbours were very helpful and kindly showed us the way. It would be helpful to provide a nearby landmark or a clearer reference point to make the location easier to find. The shower could use a complete replacement, or at least some repairs and a thorough cleaning. Not all beds are standard length, which is not comfortable for a taller person.
We also noticed a musty smell, probably because the house is not regularly occupied and therefore does not get aired out very often. After a week of airing it out, the situation improved slightly.

A cosy spacious apartment amid gardens and flowers, 11-12min walking from the sea. 5min to the city center with a supermarket, bakery, and numerous fine restaurants.
3 sleeping rooms, along with 2 double-bed lofts in the living room, well equipped kitchen, big patio, all is located very privately, with own parking place. All internal spaces are well airconditioned.
A very hospital and helpful host.
Nothing negative to mention.

A clean property, convenient for accessing the center of Gennadi with its bars and taverns. The owner is very reliable and always available to answer any questions.
