The property was absolutely amazing! Everything felt brand new, and all the appliances were high quality. Having a washing machine was such a bonus with detergent provided!! There’s also a lovely garden where you can hang your clothes out to dry.
Check-in was clear, simple and hassle-free. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the ferry terminal, but honestly, the walk was a highlight in itself, incredible views of the mountains and lake every day!
The shower pressure was amazing too, which deserves a special mention!
Couldn’t recommend this place enough. I absolutely loved my stay and Wes genuinely sad to leave!

1. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, quiet and stylish.
2. The bathroom had a washing machine which came in handy once. ( Could do with a clothes liner as in my apt it was missing).
3. Kitchen had most amenities. As a suggestion some wine glasses and dishwasher clothes would be great.
4. Would be comfortable to have a small coffee table next to the sofa to place drinks on.
5. It was a brisk 20 min walk downhill into Bellagio.
6. A supermarket with lovely staff is 6 min walk from the apt
7. TV has all you channells available.
8. Scooter rent 10 min walk.
9. Bike hire 5 min walk.
10. Greeted by Gabriellas brother who showed me the basics and also Grabrielle left me alone during my stay.
11. Bellagio centre is crazy busy, so it was perfect to know I had a nice apt to head back to after a busy day.
I am not wealthy enough to afford ridiculous Bellagio hotel prices ( most simply taking the pee I am fussy in terms of cleanliness and sensible prices. In this respect I have no complaints. It was perfect.

The apartment is modern, very clean, nice views and they provided everything. A super place and super hosts.
All very good, for us.
