Location was centrally located with great convenience. Ease of checking in and out with great staff to answer any questions. Room was coupled with great view of a few major local top attractions. Spoilt for choices with lots of local food easily within nearby walking distance. Great service from staff (Ruban, Eric, Fatihah & Lyna). Keep it up!

Great view of the city & mountain. The layout of the room was great to have separate sleeping and TV areas. Location was close to plenty of cafes, shops & markets.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. You can't fault the quality of the service. The building itself is modern and well maintained, clean and a welcome relief from the heat and haze of Penang. The gym was great for a building of this size and provided everything we needed to train on a daily basis. Location is great, central and easy to get around from. The rooms are modern and clean.

The lifts are horrifically slow. We were late for an appointment because we were waiting over 15 minutes for a lift and ended up having to walk 18 floors of stairs in the end because we could not wait any longer. The lifts are also incredibly crammed full of people with alarms regularly going off due to too many people in the lifts. They really need at least double the amount of lift capacity to make them functional. This was a common issue with a number of guests we meet in the stairwell because they couldn't wait any longer for the lifts either. The rooms are nice, clean and modern but are disfunctional, and frankly the way they are described is misleading. We had a 2 bedroom appartment that sleeps 4 and there was only 1 towel rack that fits a single towel to dry. There was no where else to dry towels or hang clothes. There are no cupboards or drawers in any of the rooms so we were living out of our suitcase for a week. There is a small hanging rack in the corner of each bedroom that we could fit 4 items on. There is no laundry in the appartment and the laudromat in the lobby was not working becuase it only accepted electronic payments and the wifi link to the machines was not working so we had to take our laundry elsewhere to wash. The WiFi is at best 50% functional and very slow when it did work and more often than not it would drop out. The fridge is a tiny bar fridge that was far too small to store anything beyond a few basic snacks or cans of drinks. The 'kitchen' is not a kitchen it is a bench with an exhaust fan that does not go anywhere - the fan blows straight back into the room. The rooms are not sound proof, we were on the 18th floor and could hear the street noise very easily, the TV from our neighbours room playing through the walls and were woken on a number of occassions from noise in the appartment above us.
