Perfect apartment in a perfect location! Everything was great — very cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The host and staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
Unsatisfied thing was pool, swimming pool, but it was not our host's fault, because this pool was under other company's rule. So we could not use it because it was out of order, and our host did everything to compensate it to us, and everything was fixed fine at the end.

Perfect location on the best Protaras beaches.
Comfortable fully renovated apartment.
1. Bathroom odor: The unpleasant smell coming from the bathrooms.
2. Noise disturbance: The excessive noise from the bakery’s air-conditioning compressors located directly below the balconies.

Location and was well presented

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is unbeatable — the beach is literally a 2-minute walk away, which made it so easy to enjoy the sea whenever we wanted.
The hosts were fantastic: responsive, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The apartment itself was spotless and cozy, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay — a washing machine, reliable internet, a well-equipped kitchen, and all the little amenities that make a place feel like home.
Overall, a very positive experience. We'd gladly recommend it to others!
