The owners were very friendly and helpful, we arrived after dark and Dale helped us get oriented. The cabin itself was very clean and everything needed was available. The sky is great for stargazing
No disadvantages. It is very remote but this is what you should know in advance.

Pillows definitely need an upgrade. And not just better foam, but real quality pillows the setting, care of room, and price require quality of pillows.

The cabin is perfect for a getaway trip from the city. It is beautifully decorated with many details and you can see how much love has been put into it. It is equipped with a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, dishes and cooking utensils. There's also a small pantry with things like coffee pods, tea, water, and some other basics. You will also find pool towels and portable chairs that you can take with you if you are planning on going on an excursion.
The owners are a really kind couple, they made sure we had everything we needed, and they even offered to lend their ice chest and threw in a couple of sodas and water bottles for our days at the National Parks.
The property also has a relaxing swimming pool with flotables you can use, a BBQ, and some fun games to play. It is located besides a creek so it's also fun to explore. It was a great experience and we hope to come back one day!
If you are looking to go to the Sequoia and King's Canyon National Parks the drive can take about 40 - 50 minutes. The drive is totally worth it because the road is beautiful, but it is something to be aware of.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön. Sehr abgelegen, sehr ruhig. Super freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Selbstverpflegung kein Problem. Wirklich schönes Ambiente. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
