Great location to experience key Amman sights. Comfortable room. Friendly service. Good wifi in the room.
The traffic in the area is quite congested. No breakfast provided in the hotel. Room had a small of smoking.

Location was good
The room carpet was dirty. The lift floor was dirty and sticky under feet each day. We had to ask more than once for the room to be cleaned and for clean towels. We were not told there was a restaurant.
