It was my second stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised this time because I was assigned a larger room even though I hadn’t booked one. That was definitely a nice upgrade.
Due to the tense situation in the Middle East, my return flight was cancelled. As a result, I asked if it would be possible to cancel my second night free of charge since I no longer needed it and was finally able to leave the country. Instead, the hotel offered me a complimentary taxi transfer and a credit of 25 JOD to use in the hotel’s restaurant/bar. I found this to be very considerate and absolutely fair, and I really appreciated the gesture.
I think the cleanliness should be checked a bit more carefully before the rooms are assigned to guests. Other than that, everything was fine, but a little more attention to detail in this area would improve the overall experience.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, with a short gap between stays, and had two different rooms. The first room was average, but the second room was very good — spacious, and much more enjoyable. In both cases, the bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The beds were very good, and everything felt clean and modern. Breakfast is modest, with a limited variety, but acceptable and fresh. The location is good and convenient for exploring Amman. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great location, easy to walk into the city centre. Host was welcoming and friendly and our room was comfortable.

Spacious room
Hot rooms and other areas, cannot control the room temp during the heating season other ways than opening windows. The rooftop bar causes very much noise to the room, music in high volume -> no sleeping until they close. Area was not friendly for tourists in the evening.
