Il y a plusieurs autres châlets mieux que celui-ci dans le même secteur.
Vraiment près de la montagne et le stationnement est très grand, mais ce sont lest seuls points positifs.
J'ai divisé cette partie en plusieurs points pour améliorer la clartée et que vous sachiez ainsi à quoi vous attendre.
-Entrée / acces aux portes non déneigé à l'arrivée. Le chemin d'accès pour l'entrée au niveau des chambres est vraiment long ce qui n'est pas négatif en soi, mais lorsque qu'il y a 30 cm de neige et qu'il est seulement tombé 10cm dans les dernières 24 heures, clairement personne n'a enlevé la neige pour une semaine.
-Four micro-onde ne fonctionne, il produit vreiment beaucoup de flammèches.
-Lave-vaiselle ne fonctionne pas. C'est un gros chalet avec beaucoup de chambres, donc beaucoup de vaiselle sale.
-L'escalier pour atteindre le 2e étage est visuellement esthétique mais une des marches est chambranlante, ma nièce de 11ans a passé très près de se blesser.
-Le plancher de l'étage principale est en tuile de vinyl, je ne sais pas ce qui les a endomagées, mais elles sont relevées dans les coins et les rebords sont cassés/tranchants. Pas l'idéal avec de jeunes enfants.
-Le plus gros point est celui-ci le manque total de service. Il est presque impossible de rejoindre du personnel pour obtenir de l'aide et lorsque nous avons réussi la seule réponse fut qu'ils ouvriront un dossier de dédomagement. Mais, encore une fois il est impossible de rejoindre les gens responsale du dossier de dédomagement.
En conclusion, c'est un chalet avec beaucoup de potentie, mais clairement les gestionnaires ne s'en occupe pas ce qui rend l'expérience désastreuse. Pour le prix, je m'attendais mieux ou simplement un peu de service.
