Everything was super nice and smooth! Great location. Value for money, great breakfast, with lots of fresh fruit and CHEESE!! Staff especially Abdulla was vey kind and helpful. He helped with various arrangements, found discounted tickets for Bosphorus cruise (highly recommended!) and many other things. I wish every hotel had someone like him. Almaz was also very helpful. Many thanks!
Nothing really. I think the hotel changed the name, now it’s called Mays by Rich, so giving taxi/Uber the address instead of hotel name is recommended for smoother search. Enjoy!

I liked the cleanness and some staff were cooperative such as Okan... Sarkan....kerem.
The location is near Taksim square, but the walk distance in between is very hard (very steep up-hill). and the walk way is also not comfort.

It’s 15 minutes from Taksim Square which is really nice. However, if you are not fan of walking tilted streets, location might not be your favorite

The staff are friendly, and the room is always clean.
We can hear people trying to open the room door after midnight. The staff member, Abdullah, asks guests to give him a 5/5 rating and write a positive review for him.
