This must be the best value accommodation in Istanbul! Perfectly located for exploring the city. More peaceful than other locations. Very clean. Excellent WIFI. Netflix and YouTube, hot shower, comfortable bed. Serdar is a wonderful host, He connected to my WhatsApp immediately at booking and ensured I arrived safely to the front door on my first night. As a solo traveller, I also enjoyed spending time with Serdar chatting over the refreshing tea he always has ready at reception. Recommended.

Decent soundproofing. Beds are comfortable.
It’s very obviously not even close to 45m2, as advertised. Rooms and bathrooms are tiny.
The shower temperature is unstable.
It’s not very clean.
