Great place for two families looking for clean functional accommodation in good proximity to the south Devon and Dorset

Fantastic large house well equipped for a family holiday. Great sized living space and great beds. Bathrooms functional and clean. Nice having ticked away parking which was a key attraction for us, and proximity to a park space for the kids to play. Nicely furnished and clean. Toys and books for kids were a bonus.

Only a few niggles nothing major wrong with the property… Could do with more outdoor seating and the garden could be cleared up a bit. There was no dust pan and brush that we could find which was quite annoying, and the vacuum cleaners were totally jammed with dirt as if they’d never been emptied and the one I tried didn’t appear to work.

Fantastic large house well equipped for a family holiday. Great sized living space and great beds. Bathrooms functional and clean.
