The staff were very responsive via WhatsApp. Giuliana hosted us in person, whilst Danielle kept us informed prior to arrival. Giuliana was an excellent host, providing all sorts of details upon arrival and guide for what to do around Rome. The place is quite clean, well kept, and has a usable kitchen.
The bunk bed has a metal corner on both sides by the ladder, which can be dangerous if not careful. One of our guests hit this on their way out of the bunk bed, but fortunately only lightly.
There was a check in fee, only mentioned in the description. The fee could've been clearer.
The check in process prior to arrival was a little unclear, as two different websites were shared asking for the same details. Fortunately Danielle cleared this up via WhatsApp.
There was a scam WhatsApp from sent to me from a third party requesting additional payment which may suggest their system may be compromised.

Absolutely amazing apartment and owner – highly recommended!
From the very beginning, the owner made me feel completely taken care of. I was able to check in the same day, and everything was arranged incredibly quickly. The owner provided clear instructions on entering and exiting the apartment and explained all the details so that I felt safe and comfortable.
Communication was perfect — I could reach out at any time, and the owner responded immediately. I always knew I could rely on him if I had any questions or needed help.
The apartment itself is spotless, fully equipped, and in a fantastic location, very close to the Vatican. Everything I needed was there, and the stay was completely stress-free.
I truly felt looked after, and the owner’s helpfulness and friendliness made this experience unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area
No minuses. Everything was perfect.
