Es un departamento ideal para combinar compras y playa. Es amplio, la cama es cómoda, el baño es nuevo y funciona perfecto. Tiene un espacio abierto para dejar el vehículo. Hay muchas tiendas grandes a las cuales se puede llegar en 5 minutos en auto. La aislación térmica es excelente, no es necesario dejar el aire acondicionado encendido permanentemente.

El aire acondicionado no es split, es de los ruidosos de ventana. La aislación acústica no es buena, se escucha todo lo que sucede en los otros departamentos. En un solo mueble vertical hay un microondas, una pequeña heladera sin freezer y una cafetera que lleva una cápsula muy difícil de conseguir. No tiene una mesada con bacha para lavar aunque sea las tazas. No tiene platos, vasos, ni cubiertos. La higiene no fue 100% buena, no han limpiado bajo la cama.

The "host" gave me the code to me over the phone. The unit was very clean; towels were new or nearly new, with an ample supply of shampoo, conditioner, and bottled water, both at room temp and in the little fridge. Had a microwave oven, but I did not use it. The TV was a good size, even though I did not use.

There needs to be a new definition of luxury. The room I rented satisfied the need for a safe, comfortable sleep but it was by no means luxurious (how can it be for the price they charged? Inexpensive). The bed mattress needs to be changed as it sways on the right side. The Keurig coffee machine was nice but no pods to be found anywhere. The neighbourhood a little shady but appeared safe. Would be nice to have a box of kleenex.

Great location, close to the beach and airport very clean and tidy. Perfect for a short stay.

A bit small with no couch or sofa to sit on. Very good if you don’t plan on staying on much and are happy to watch tv and relax in bed
