Unpleasant

The apartment was clean, well located, and communication was always quick and polite.

However, there was a persistent cockroach problem during my stay. Poison bait was already present when I arrived, and I found dead cockroaches almost every day, which suggests this was an ongoing issue rather than an isolated occurrence. By the fourth day, I also found live cockroaches on the shower glass panel above my head, which was honestly quite disturbing, and on the floor. The apartment also includes a small kitchen, making it difficult to feel that food or cooking areas were safe from contamination. After reporting the issue and sending videos illustrating the problem, I was simply advised to apply more poison bait myself instead of the property arranging proper professional pest control. This gave the impression that the problem is known, tolerated, and simply left for each guest to deal with temporarily before the next one arrives. Unfortunately, this made the stay uncomfortable and below the hygiene standards I would expect from a professionally managed tourist accommodation.

Estupendo
