Great location - 400m from station with frequent trains to Shinjuku (2 stations away). 1 station form Nakano with shops and restaurants. Calm vicinity, grocery shop nearby. Comfy place, with veranda. Clean.
Not intimate as all rooms are connected via mezzanine.
Kitchen ware not bad, but too few plates for Europeans ;) and lack of chopsticks.

The location is excellent!Direct access to Shinjuku, Akihabara, and Asakusa — incredibly convenient! The space has both Japanese and Western-style rooms, beautifully decorated and so warm and cozy. We were a group of four and the space worked perfectly for us. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-kept. Any issues were handled quickly, and the high-speed WiFi worked perfectly too. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommended.
It would be great to have a few more umbrellas.

Excellent emplacement à 7mn à pied de la gare de métro aérien. Lits confortables. Echanges rapides efficaces et cordiaux avec le propriétaire, bien qu'uniquement par messagerie. Appartement de taille modeste mais pièce à vivre correcte pour y prendre le petite_déjeuner ou boire un verre. A cinq personnes, nous n'avons pas essayé d'y cuisiner ou d'y manger, ce n'était pas notre objectif.
Rien, à part peut-être le plafond vraiment bas de la chambre en mezzanine, destinée plutôt à un enfant.

Appartement is in rustige buurt op loopafstand van metro. Ruimte is handig ingericht.
