Car parking, lots of available crockery.
The toilet is very low and slopes to the left. The flat needs painting especially the skirting boards definitely need attention. The entrance to the property has carpet which is badly stained, we understand that it is a shared communal hallway, but needs replacing. First impressions count.

The location was good for us as it was quiet, but still within walking distance of the City Centre and Arthur's Seat (20-30 mins). Good bus links too. The host was very accommodating and helpful with our queries before our stay. It was really easy to find with the directions we were given and the key safe worked really well.
There could have been some information about what to recycle and where (we did find recycling bins in the car park).

The location was perfect, a short journey on the bus to all local attractions.
The host very kindly allowed us to enter earlier than the scheduled 16.00 as we arrived much earlier than anticipated and were all really tired which was very much appreciated. The flat was very clean and neat, the beds were very comfortable. Over all a very lovely experience.

Area was nice, private parking great.
Basic, very little furniture, only one mirror in whole property in the bathroom no where to then dry hair do make up. Badly needing a refurb/paint and a really good clean. Not value for money.
