3 good sized rooms so excellent for a family trip. Located middle of Avoch, good jumped off point for north highlands and east coast. We tried their chippie in rosemarkie and it was excellent.

The space is huge and accommodates a large party well. It was also a comfortable well-furnished space.
They rely quite a bit on the previous guests to clean the house before the leave. The beds and bedrooms were clean, but the kitchen and bathroom left a lot to be desired. There were also some safety concerns around the house, especially with young children. The concerns have been brought up to the owners and they said they will look into it.
