I had such a wonderful stay and was genuinely impressed by the attention to detail from the staff, who were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. The room was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made it feel very comfortable and relaxing to come back to each day. I also loved how beautiful and thoughtfully styled the accommodation was overall, it felt inviting, calm, and visually really pleasing, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable

The Bed was super comfy, the room was modern and spotlessly clean, the hotel was in a peaceful location within short walking distance (15min) of restaurants,bars and shops. I would 100% recommend this hotel :)

Large room, decent location, clean and with laundry facilities.
No staff on site, and no reception (despite "reception" being mentioned several times during booking). This is a fully automated hotel. No luggage storage facilities. And most inexcusably, the hotel failed to send me access codes - despite confirming my booking via what's app on the day of arrival. This left me in the street in Saigon at 10 pm thinking I was going to be sleeping in a doorway. Eventually I was able to get through by phone and eventually they sent the codes.
As a solo traveller man, this was worrying and inconvenient. As a single woman however, or a family with young children, it would have been a major safety issue. Totally inexcusable and unsafe behaviour.
