Location, spacious, clean and modern decor
The small bedroom doesn’t have AC. It would nice to make it more obvious in the posting. The water temperature seemed to be quite unstable.

The location is excellent. We could see the Pantheon from our room. Everything we wanted was within walking (or hire bike) distance with no need to catch buses or trains.

If you are looking for the perfect base to explore Rome, look no further. We recently stayed in this wonderful apartment and could not have been happier with our choice.
📍 Unbeatable Location
You simply cannot beat this location. It is tucked away just a minute's walk from the Pantheon, putting the very best of Rome right at your doorstep. The absolute highlight has to be the huge balcony with a stunning, direct view of the Pantheon—the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
🏡 The Space
The apartment itself is fantastic:
Layout: Clean, bright, and very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (perfect for families or groups).
Amenities: Well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Accessibility: The building feels incredibly safe and secure, features 2 elevators, and offers very easy access (a rare find in historic Rome!).

A special mention must go to the host. Communication was seamless from the moment we booked, making our arrival and stay completely stress-free.

Location was 2nd to none. Sitting on the patio listening to the violin at the Pantheon was amazing. The view at night was incredible.
It was clean, supplies were extreme minimal but OK.
Elevator was slow but OK. When windows are closed very very quiet. Bed in main bedroom was firm but comfortable. Check in was easy, just make sure you look at ALL the pictures before you think you can't get in.
Make sure you pay attention to the link upon payment to get in.
0 hot water for 2 days(however owner was very responsive on fixing it). New hot water tank now. Then was told to use one a/c at a time, nearly impossible in the extreme heat. Smaller bedroom stiffling hot with 0 air movement and bed uneven. Bathroom nice but some sewer smell. Wash machine was not plugged in, plugged it in and used it, then blew a breaker twice. But reset it and it was fine after we shut off the a/c.
The apt is very uninviting in the sense absolutely 0 personal touches. The living room beds should be made up in the event someone needs to change beds for comfort or being cooler.
All in all after everything was fixed, the apt was fine and especially the location.
