The property is in a convenient position in Gateshead and it looks the same as in the pictures
They try to charge you for early check in or late check out. When I called to ask if we could get in earlier they said the property was being cleaned. When we checked in, the whole place was extremely dirty, to the point that there were traces of poo in the toilet, the bin was full and there were many little flies because of that. The fridge was disgusting with food from previous guests. They had only provided clean towels and bed sheets, leaving the rest untouched since the previous guests. When we complained, the staff at the phone immediately responded positively, they sent someone to clean and gave us some complimentary treats. I’m sorry but it was still a very unpleasant experience, as we ended up entering the apartment late (due to our commitments) and only found out about the state of the property late at night, so we spent the whole first night lodging in a very dirty place.
