The best thing about this property is definitely the location. It’s very close to the metro, as well as bus and tram stops, which makes getting around the city really easy and convenient. There are also plenty of shops, bars and nightlife spots nearby, which is a big plus.
The main downside was the nightclub just behind a very thin wall, as you could clearly hear the bass. Earplugs were provided, which was helpful, but the noise can still be uncomfortable when you’re trying to relax or sleep. The neighboring rooms are also very close, with only thin walls in between, so don’t expect complete privacy.
Another drawback was the lack of a window facing outside, which meant there was no access to fresh air and we had to rely entirely on the air conditioning.

The location is incredible!!! It’s close to everything wich is really convenient.
There was some noise from night spots near the studio, but the owner provided earplugs.

La localisation, le logement était propre et fonctionnel. La clim est en plus quand il fait chaud !
La salle de bain est grande.
Les murs sont très fins, nous entendions vraiment trop les voisins… de plus l’appartement est au RDC donc plutôt bruyant et peu lumineux…
Le gros bémol eet que l’appartement est collé à une boîte de nuit donc de 23h à 5h du mat la musique a fond résonne … les propriétaires fournissent les boules quies c’est bien mais les nuits sont pas simples.

Отличное расположение, номер был хорошо убран, высокие потолки.
В объявлении на букинге нигде не было информации о том, что в номере фактически нет окон. Апартамент находится на партере, вход в номер происходит из общего для трёх номеров коридора (вход в который с улицы).
Единственное окно выходит из номера на общий коридор. Из-за этого в комнате практически нет дневного света при открытых шторах, которые однако все время были закрыты, потому что иначе чувствуешь себя как в зоопарке.
Кроме этого за стенкой от апартаментов находится клуб, музыка из которого играет полночи и отлично слышна в апартаментах. Стоит признать, что на месте были беруши, но они слабо помогают.
В ванной как ни закрывай двери душевой кабинки она протекает. После использования душа одним человеком в ванной уже стоит лужа воды. При двух людях в номере, которые пользуются душем два раза в день в туалет становится натурально невозможно зайти, потому что все время на полу стоит лужа воды. Эту лужу банально нечем вытереть, потому что для этого нужны в день минимум четыре полотенца, которые не успевают сохнуть и которые банально невозможно было бы повесить на сушилку. Кроме этого есть огромная проблема с вентиляцией, потому что вентилятор в вентиляционной решетке работает только при включенном свете и в ванной постоянно влажно.
Надеюсь, что мы просто неудачно попали на проблему с лужей в ванной комнате, потому что до нас этого никто мог не описать, но отсутствие информации о том, что в апартаментах фактически нет окна я считаю важной.
Получается, что из-за отсутствия света в номере нет смысла находится днем и его следует использовать чтобы прийти помыться и поспать, но при этом в ванной все время стоит лужа, а ночью сложно заснуть из-за музыки.
