The apartment was well equipped and very clean. We did not have direct contact with staff, but those we passed in the hallway were pleasant.
Access to the flat was good for our friend in her mobility scooter.
The location was very near the centre and car parking was convenient
There was nothing we did not like, but we had some suggestions:
We would have found instructions for TV and appliances helpful.
Additional waste bins in bedroom and bathroom,
And somewhere for a hand towel in the kitchen.
For a longer let a washing machine would be useful.

It was exceptionally clean and comfortable beds were really comfortable with nice additional welcome of coffee tea biscuits. It is quite a. busy wee street but not exceptionally noisy. Sitting area at rear of property was a bonus!Thoroughley enjoyed our stay, will return and recommend.
Doors could do with a touch of WD 40.
