I turned off onto the exit that says Aquatic Gardens to get to the location. I decided to check that out my last day and I will definitely be back to relax. The room was quiet. There were nice black out curtains. There was a TV and just enough room for a yoga workout.

I am an able bodied person but I had to go up a few flights of stairs to the third floor. This was not disclosed therefore there would have been an issue if I was not able to get up there with my luggage. I didn't have a problem with it but somebody else might get disgruntled for not knowing before they arrive.

The bed was spacious and comfortable

You share the bathroom with strangers staying in the same building. One time I was showering and a man I did not know knocked on the door. It was uncomfortable, especially as a female guest. The rug in our room looked pretty stained and/or dirty. When we first arrived in the summer heat the temperature inside the building was 85 degrees.. and we were not allowed to lower the temperature under 71 degrees. When it was raining, there was ceiling leak in the living room area.
