The price and location were ideal but the motel was rundown in condition.

The Travel Lodge lobby was closed so we had to go next door to Days Inn to check in. The ice machine was broken. The room was rundown, scratched door, old bathtub.

it was the worst experience thank you I will never come back

it was terrible from brightening the room to cleanliness. Placed not in the most prosperous area. There was an air conditioner in the room, but it was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. The appearance of the hotel itself and the room leaves much to be desired. The room was dirty, I didn't want to touch anything. the smell in the stairs was like the smell of a public toilet. rats run around in the yard and small cockroaches were found in the room. besides this, there were no blankets. Everything was very old. Regarding the lighting, the only lighting was a bedside lamp

It was 15 minutes away from the train station

The over all room was not clean at all. There were roaches and rats inside the room with some areas having rat droppings. The bed sheets were not washed at all.

I was out most of the time but this place was below my expectations.

The location is good.

The hotel is deserted. The walkway was unkempt. The attached Days Inn seem to be a well booked place and in good condition. I had to provide my own soap - Just one tiny piece provided on day one. I also had to provide my own hand and facial tissue. Toilet tissue was provided. They did change the towels. TV reception was horrible - channels were few. One male at the desk in morning could not care less about anything you said to him. It was not worth even the lower price. It looks like it is going out of business.

The room was atrocious. I would like a refund.

Nothing. I should have slept in my car.

The toilet did not flush. The carpets were filthy. There was hair in the sink. The air-conditioner was loud. The dresser had no drawers. The drawer to the night stand was glued shut. There were two hair dryers but no iron. The pillows were stuffed in the pillow cases that formed little balls.

tv didn’t work no one was at the lobby so we had to go across the street to another hotel to check in and no phone in the room so if I needed anything I had to walk all the way to the other hotel no ice no food machine and it was dirty

I didn't stay, unfortunately do to smell there was not way to stay in that hotel.

The room smelled so bad that I had a headache in the first five minutes I stayed in the room. Therefore, we had to leave the room and book another hotel. The carpet was filthy. The bed was dirty, the restroom falling apart. I spent just five minutes in the room, and I returned the key.

Unfortunately, I didn't like anything.

I didn't stay I declined the room 2 minutes after received.

They don't serve breakfast and the rooms are infested with roaches and even the rats and mice run under the doors. This hotel is worse than a motel.

If they had the room I paid for available. If the staff would speak English so the customer could understand what's going on because if I haven't been reimbursed that means that they have stolen my money because they said I wouldn't be charges especially since I declined the room 2 minutes after i received it and didn't stay Also, they needs pest control to come out there and do something about the rats and roaches infiltrating the rooms. The TV is always out of wack everything looks disgusting. They need new management.

This was my second worst hotel stay in my life.

unfriendly front staff, broken blind, coffee maker without a pot, tea or coffee bags, bathtub without stopper, no clock, non workable TV, Phone & safe and messy repairs.

missing bed spread, instead a sheet covers the bed, 2 square pillows instead a normal pillows for bed, curtain bath was ripped in the top, curtain rods was rusty and loose, rusty and holes in bottom of door frame, no lights above vanity, no chairs, holes above beds and bathroom missing a picture or frames.

Absolutely Nothing

Oh my goodness. Not even sure where to start. Was it the rats scurrying around the office? Perhaps the pervasive smell of urine? The fact that it took the front desk 3 tries to find us a marginally acceptable room (no AC or working fridge in one, the second not cleaned)? The lack of hot water in the shower? Exposed wires in the outlets? Cracked toilet? And let's talk about the general run down condition of the property with rust and grime everywhere. This place should literally be condemned. Wyndham should be ashamed to associate their name with this... place. I don't care how good the deal you get is - I promise you will overpay.
