Location , and style of the flat. Both excellent.
Some stains on bed sheets

The location was super but it was a nightmare trying to find the car parking and trying to collect the keys from a shop in New Street Station. I would recommend catching a train it would be so much easier than driving
Not the owners fault but we had building work late at night and early in the morning

Was supposed to stay elsewhere, but the property was cancelled at the last minute due to a leak, so I booked here and was so glad I did. The staff went out there way to help me with a last-minute early check-in , easily reachable . The location is fantastic right into he middle of all three major train stations in the city and above the bullring itself . The apartment was clean, and the view was amazing. I think I've found my new regular place to stay whenever I come to Birmingham 10/10 .
Very few criticisms of this stay as I thought it was 10/10 but if I had to pick I'd say the tv could do with being bigger , if I was staying longer and wanted to relax there . Something that's not the owners fault is the neighbour had a cat that meowed very early in the morning and throughout one of the days, but as I said, this stay was pretty much perfect

The location was brilliant right in the centre of town, fantastic views! The products available to use were high-quality and the facilities were great :)
Key collection was a bit of a nightmare due to traffic constraints.
