Great location on top floor of the building. Decent size with well kitted out kitchen
On site parking a bonus. Walking distance to town, uni, hospital and Clifton Village.
On site parking under a massive tree that deposited a sticky residue over the whole car. £40 to scrub it off lessened the value of the property.

I booked this for x2 of my lads as we are working on a site in the area, lovely flat and my lads loved it. They found it clean and comfortable :-)
I have only knocked it down by one star purely for the parking and it isn't exactly a complaint, this wont apply to everyone as people would normally travel in cars, but on the original booking it stated free parking and you get a bay to use. It didn't mention height requirements, we are a scaffolding business and my lads have a pick up that couldn't fit under the arch way to get under to the parking, around all the streets it was permit parking only which was an absolute nightmare for my lads after a hard days graft just wanting to get back and clean themselves up. They had to drive all the way back to site which was around 25 mins there and back, get the site manager to travel all the way back to let them back on site to leave the pick up on there then we had to ask the site manager to give them a lift back which isn't professional of us as he is our client and he had to go out of his way to assist us and then they had to get taxis at 5:30am to get to site the next day, if they'd of mentioned height requirements which I personally believe it should be stated if there's an arch way, I could of pre arranged leaving the pick up on site and given them money for taxis. Hopefully now, height restrictions are mentioned for the parking. Despite this, I would book definitely again now knowing about the vehicle situation.

The location was great for our purpose. I was moving my son into a dorm on the next street at Bristol University. It was close to that and the train station and tons of groceries/pubs.
I didn’t realize it was in the top floor. That was the only downside.
