WoodSpring Suites Wilmington Riverfront

Pleasant-looking outside. Looked like newer construction. Quiet inside the rooms without the sounds of noises from neighboring rooms.

Room was tidy, swept and beds were made neatly but found items from previous guests under the bathroom sink such as socks, toilet and bathroom floor along the door and tub was dirty, shower curtain was missing and can good of cranberry sauce left on top of the cabinets was found along with multiple unblown balloons.

The room was nice and clean. The beds were okay. The staff was nice and super helpful, especially at check in. Not a lot of amenities but comfortable.

Middle of the night a screaming child checked in and screamed for 2 hours and kept me up then was banging at 6am. Gave up and went home because I could not sleep. This should have been addressed. The price brings in what it does though.

Location was very convenient for the train station

It was close to the event that I went to. The bed was comfortable and the development was new. The build is very secured so not just anyone getting in.

That they only gave me one towel, which I had to ask for me more. I’ve never stayed at any hotel that only left one towel in the bathroom. It was hair in the bathroom on the two wash clothes, once I wiped down the everything it was dirt on the wipes meaning the bathroom wasn’t wiped down. This is why I always take my cleaning supplies with me. They had a noise reduction at 8 like we were in prison, so I’m guessing that has been an issue before. The elevator was so slow!! They didn’t have cookware but had the stovetop, I was confused. Maybe that’s something they should mention on their site, bring your own. The pillows were flat & the room had a slight smell.
