The location was very convenient, as the apartment was within Melbourne’s Free Tram Zone. The room was spacious enough for four to six people and was the largest accommodation we stayed in during our Australia trip. It was also fully equipped with a heater, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, and they even provided a reusable shopping bag for grocery shopping.
The bathroom tiles seemed hollow in some areas, which made them feel slightly loose or poorly installed. The water pressure was also quite low, especially when using the shower. These issues affected the overall comfort of our stay.

Hosts were easy to communicate with. The place was tidy and perfect size for our family. Location was brilliant.
A bit tricky to collect the keys. Tiles in the bathroom a bit loose.

Amazing location right in the heart of Melbourne with easy access to everything - all downtown attractions, cafes, restaurants, shops, all just a few steps away. Plus: apartment comes with a parking lot!!
Loft is spacious, kitchen has everything and host provides some basic items. Having coffee (and milk in the fridge) was a nice touch. Beds are very comfy!
We had cold and hot weather during our stay and were happy about both the AC and heater working.
Host is great to communicate with and responds to questions timely.
Note that the apartment has only one bathroom, so folks staying in the downstairs bedroom need to climb the stairs in loft to go to the toilet. Also, windows are single pane and city noises will be heard. Host provides earplugs for light sleepers.
